What is a full service recruitment package?

Our full recruitment packages are where we will sit down with you and listen to the key attributes that you expect the candidate to possess, what influence you anticipate the candidate to have in the workplace and what kind of work they should be able to do on a day to day basis. We will then go away and source such candidates and ensure they meet the key criteria at which point we will write up a report to our client and offer them opportunity to interview.

Given the industry is a candidate short market we anticipate candidates will come and go quickly, so our aim is to offer an interview to you at the earliest possible opportunity. It will then be over to you to make the decision of offering the candidate a position in your company. We will handle negotiations and try to handle expectations on either side to make the deal valuable for both parties.

Fact Find

Arrange a no obligation meeting with us to outline the key details of the position. If you like what we have to say and you would like to work with us we ask for 7% of the proposed salary for us to engage.



We then scour the market, meet suitable candidates & carry out interviews. We then send you their CV & documents to decide if you would like to interview them. We then ask for a further 7% of the package.


We will handle the offer and agree a mutually convenient start date for the candidate to commence their position with you at which point the remaining 6% balance will become due.
