What is a consultancy package?
Our consultancy packages incorporate you into the process more, and we take more of a hand holding approach. Like the full recruitment service, we can pre-screen the candidates to ensure it’s not a waste of time for you, or we can simply just assess the needs of the business and provide some advice of the best things for you to look for on your recruiting journey. This package is suitable for those businesses who want to be more involved in the process, or have a slightly lower budget.

Fact Find
Arrange a no obligation meeting with us to outline the key details of the position. If you like what we have to say and you would like to work with us we ask for 7% of the proposed salary for us to engage.
Search
We then scour the market, meet suitable candidates & carry out interviews. We then send you their CV & documents to decide if you would like to interview them. We then ask for a further 7% of the package.
Place
We will handle the offer and agree a mutually convenient start date for the candidate to commence their position with you at which point the remaining 6% balance will become due.
